Ulta & Harmon Haul

A while back Ulta sent me a $10 birthday gift and surprisingly it wasn’t going to expire until 9/30 even though my birthday was in mid-August. Of course, I had to put it to use, but this haul is a tame one compared to my usual binge shopping.

I’ve been wanting to try this blush for a while now and finally picked it up. I got the eye cream because I wanted to try a drug store eye cream. I used up my Clinique one and I’m working on the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream, which I enjoy, but I wanted to see if I like any that were more affordable. I got the nail polish because I want to see if it really is like the quality of gel. The lipstick was right up my alley and I’ve heard great things about the line. And last, but not least, I got the Ulta cream shadow because I was a few dollars short for free shipping and I’ve also never tried anything from the Ulta brand so I thought I’d give it a shot.

Then, today I went to Harmon to pick up some things (it’s my fav!).

Aveeno Positively Smooth Shave Gel is my favorite. I tried Skinitimate earlier this year because it was on sale, but I didn’t care for it. I felt like it didn’t lather at all, which was annoying. Then, I got the Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser Scrub. I’ve never tried this before, but my pores seem to hate me right now and I’m being attacked with a vengeance. I used a Biore pore strip last night which took out some dirt, but then I woke up with a big bump on my nose. I think I irritated one of the spots. Wonderful. But hopefully this scrub will help me out!

So overall I think this was pretty affordable in my opinion! All the amazing, cute, pretty, holiday things are being launched now and it’s a little embarassing/crazy how much I already have on my wish list or in my online shopping carts or already on their way to my house…..Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed this little haul!
