Aster Market: August Unboxing
Have you heard about the new subscription box on the market, Aster Market? It is my first subscription box that I’ve signed up for. With so many out there on the market, I’d been trying to decide which one, if any, I’d like to try for quite some time. Then, a few months ago I learned that a former classmate of mine was launching her own subscription box service and my choice was simple! Of course, I wanted to support her in her endeavor, especially after learning more about Aster Market. For one, this subscription box features small-batch items such as bath products, home decor, accessories etc. This is much more in line with what I would like to receive as opposed to some of the beauty/bath boxes out there. Now don’t get me wrong, I love beauty and skincare items (have you read this blog?) but I really am not a huge fan of sample sized items. In fact, unless it’s something I really really want to try, I often opt out of the samples from Ulta and Sephora when I order online (this doesn’t include point perks – I’ll indulge in those) because I never use them and I end up just collecting a huge pile of samples. On top of that, Aster Market also donates 25% of the net proceeds to a charity of your choice! There are a number of charities that they are working with and you can choose one, such as UNICEF and the Global Fund for Women. So, to make a long story short, I knew I wanted to sign up for Aster Market.
The first boxes went out this month and here’s what I got!
I got two greeting cards from Ruff House Art, which are printed on 100% cotton paper and hand pressed.
A 100% cotton fabric tote from Parris Chic Boutique. The owner has done the hand lettered calligraphy herself!
Lastly, I received a peach scented candle from Produce Candles. This candle is a natural soy wax candle, which I’m always hearing are healthier to burn as they burn cleaner.
I really like all the products I received in this box and I’m excited to see what will be in future boxes!

Oh wow! Everything look so lovely.
How much is this box?
Too bad I live in Europe because this box looks perfect. Good luck to your friend!

The price varies depending on what kind of subscription you want – month by month, or paying for the year ahead of time etc. I’m not sure if it’s available internationally but you could check the website!

I’m almost sure it’s not, I’ve checked other US or Canadian subscription box before and I couldn’t get them. Even the French “my little box” can’t be delivered in Ireland. And it’s Europe! Lol
Thanks for your reply 😉
