Laura Geller Baked Color & Contour

One of my favorite beauty YouTubers is Emily from Beauty Broadcast and for over a year she’s been raving about the Laura Geller Baked Color & Contour Face Palette so a few months ago I finally snagged one on sale on QVC’s website. I’ve been meaning to write about this product for a while, but didn’t for some reason or another, so when I took it out to wear last week I thought it would be the perfect opportunity.

I love how sleek and sturdy this compact is. I love how simple it looks yet it’s still so sophisticated looking.

The compact is made up of three sections. Half of the compact is the popular “Bronze-N-Brighten” in Medium, which is a very highlighting bronzer with the light pink, white, and different shades of brown and gold swirls running through. Then, on the top right there is the brand’s popular highlight that Emily also has been raving about for years – Baked Highlighter in “French Vanilla”. Lastly, the Baked Brulee Blush in “Cherry Custard”, which features swirls of pink and rose.

This compact is huge! So you’ll definitely be getting your money’s worth. I had to take a picture of the compact in my hand to show just how big it is. Granted I don’t have particularly large hands, but you get the idea!

Baked Contour & Color - Selfie

Sweater: GAP | Tank Top: Hanes

Here’s a selfie of me wearing the products. The blush is beautiful and very easy to build up. The bronzer is good for providing a warm glow around the face. If you’re looking for a real contoured look this isn’t the product for you since this is more about providing a glow. I’m loving the “French Vanilla” highlighter because it provides a super natural glow. It contains no shimmer, it’s just nice and smooth. This is probably the most yellow toned highlight that I own, which I think actually helps it blend much more naturally into the skin.

This was definitely worth the money in my opinion. From the packaging to the individual products and how they looked once applied – it’s definitely a winner!
