Photo Challenge: Landscape
Friday at last! This week has felt ridiculously long. I feel like my spring break was ages ago!
For this week’s photo challenge, “Landscape“, I chose a photo (or two) from my vacation last year in Arizona. I went to Sedona, Arizona last year and on my day trip to the Grand Canyon we made some little stops. One of the stops was to Wupatki, a national monument between the Painted Desert and the ponderosa highlands of Northern Arizona. At Wupatki, you can see settlement sites of the Ancient Pueblo Native Americans. It was truly fascinating and as amazing as the landscape is to look at today, imagine what the landscape looked like hundreds of years ago when these settlements were in their prime and inhabited by the Pueblos!
I hope you enjoyed my take on “Landscape” this week. Have a great Friday!
