    Side Lace & Bow Tunic

This past weekend went by way too fast. I’m definitely not ready for this week and as I don’t have Columbus Day off I have no choice but to get started with this week! I’m sharing a look I wore a few weeks ago – a light sage green tunic with lace and bow detailing on the sides. One of the reasons I love tunics is because they’re so easy to wear and they’re perfect with leggings! Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Leggings: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Flip Flops: LL Bean The side details here are everything! I love the lace panels and the bows. I…

    Pink Bow Print

Today I’m sharing a look featuring a top that I think I’ve shared on here before, but I can’t find the post! Anyway, even if I have shared it before this will be a “new” outfit. This purple toned grey top has a gathered neckline and a muted pink bow print all over. I paired it with tan stretch cords, and a light pink cardigan. To finish the look off I wore my new Olivia Burton watch and my cream and gold flats from Aldo. Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Cardigan: J.Crew Factory| Pants: Uniqlo | Shoes: Aldo | Watch: Olivia Burton via Nordstrom I’m loving my brown…

Bows by lifeaccordingtojamie featuring holiday dresses I don’t think bows will ever not be in style, plus I love them so when I saw this style challenge on Polyvore I had to create a look. I created this set 2 months ago but it seemed fitting to share it this week since this retro light blue 50s style cocktail dress reminds me of Jackie Kennedy Onassis and this Friday is the presidential inauguration. Despite my less than thrilled feelings towards this particular inauguration, I’m still happy to share this look! I chose this retro dress with the bow because it looks so classy and I love the black trim. To…

    DIY Gift Wrapping Bows

It’s Christmas week! Hopefully you’re not all tired of Christmas themed posts because that’s basically all I have planned this whole week, but I’ll try to keep it interesting for you. Today, I’m sharing with you a gift wrapping post. I love wrapping presents, but I don’t really do anything interesting with my wrapping. It’s usually your standard gift wrapping. I’ve always wanted to do the brown paper, twine, and holly gift wrapping look because I think it looks so classic, beautiful, and simple. I didn’t do that this year, but maybe next year I’ll give it a try. This time around, I perused Pinterest looking for some creative gift…

    Cozy Bow Sweater

This past weekend was cold and rainy. Saturday was sunny, but cold. Sunday was rainy and cold. Seriously, yesterday it was pouring for the majority of the day and I wore a very rainy day comfy, cozy look which I’ll share later in the week. But first, I want to share with you this oversized, cozy sweater that has adorable bows in the back. Bows in the back of sweaters/tops aren’t new. As a matter of fact, the top I wore on Christmas has bows in the back with a lace panel. However, this sweater I’m wearing in this post is different since it’s an open back. The sweater is super…

    Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate! My family and friends were very good to me in the gift department this year. Oh and Santa too 😉 I thought I would share my ootd, not from today (I’ll share that tomorrow), but from Christmas Eve yesterday. Ya know, before I put on the onesie.  Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohls Pants: Exposed Zipper Leggings – Jolt via Macy’s Necklace:  Kate Spade I love the back of this shirt with the sheer lace panel and the bow details. I contemplated wearing a red tank top underneath to be more festive, but then I decided I wanted the greens and gold of the necklace to…

Bow & Bead Accent Stripes OOTD

I mentioned last week that Fridays at work are casual wear, which I greatly enjoy until our staff shirts arrive. I’ve been a little under the weather this week, just like pretty much everyone else I know, so I wanted to wear something easy. Something I could just throw on and still look cute without any effort really. Shirt: Loft Jeans: Gap Watch: Anne Klein I went with a loose grey shirt-sleeve top that has black horizontal stripes. The stripes have little beads and a few bows placed on the stripes which really dresses up the shirt. I was comfortable in the top since it’s a soft material and loose and didn’t have to sacrifice any…
