    Do you watch The Kitchen on The Food Network? I love watching the show and there’s usually at least one recipe per episode that I want to try out. Last summer they had a guest chef on, Stuart O’Keefe, and he made package-parceled cod using cod fillets, asparagus, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon slices, olive oil, and thyme. What’s cool about these parcels is you basically cook your entire meal in one little package and you can customize it however you’d like. I’ve done various combinations which is fun.
