Book Review: The Syndicater
It’s the end of an era – the final Dark Verse book is out and I finished it this week. The Syndicater by RuNyx is the 6th and final book in the series and wraps up the storyline with the POVs of all the main characters – Dante, Amara, Tristan, Morana, Alpha, Zephyr, Lyla, and Dainn.

The novels follows all the main characters as they get closer and closer to figuring out all the mysteries surrounding The Syndicate and how their lives and their parents’ involvement in the organization and organizations that were related to The Syndicate played a role. There are so many secrets that they don’t even know about and begin to uncover and that’s saying something because they all grew up either directly involved or peripherally involved in the mafia and organized crime.
I really enjoyed this book and think it was the perfect wrap up – especially the epilogues for each couple at the end. Although I did really enjoy this book, I thought it was a little long considering not a ton was happening. It wasn’t action packed or anything so at times it felt like it was unnecessarily long. Nevertheless, I still rated it 4 stars on GoodReads because I loved being reunited with these characters and thought it was a good conclusion!
I will definitely miss these characters and couples.
