It was hard to think of answers and to probably no one’s surprise a few of my answers are ACOTAR related 🤣📚 ✨A book I’m obsessed with✨: A Court of Wings and Ruin – I will always love when Feyre and Rhys are reunited in ACOWAR 😍. ✨Characters I think about daily✨: Bryce Quinlan & Hunt Athalar – I love these characters as individuals and together 👩‍❤️‍👨 ✨A universe/setting that lives rent free in my head✨: Velaris – who wouldn’t want to live in the City of Starlight? 🌌 ✨A character cast/ensemble I love for✨: the Night Court/the inner circle🗡🌌 ✨A relationship I love✨: Garrett Graham & Hannah Wells – I absolutely adore these two together in The Deal. They have each other’s backs no matter what and helped each other heal from past traumas.😍💗👩‍❤️‍👨 🏒 ✨A fictional ending that scarred me✨: The ending of Verity didn’t scar me, but it’s one I think about a lot and will forever stand by my opinion of being Team Manuscript. 📕 ✨An ending that healed me✨: The ending of One True Loves healed me with how anxiety filled I was reading it. “Just because something isn’t meant to last a “Just because something isn’t meant to last a lifetime doesn’t mean it wasn’t meant to be.” 😭💗One True Loves is going to go down as one of my favorite books of the year for sure. The anxiety this book brought me though…😩. Emma married her high school sweetheart in her mid 20s. They travel the world together and live across the country from their families 🌎. The day before their 1 year anniversary, Jesse is in a helicopter crash over the ocean and there are no survivors. Emma is a wreck and is hanging on by a thread 💔. She eventually moves back home and after a couple years feels ready to move on, to find some happiness again. She reconnects with an old high school friend, Sam. They fall in love and get engaged. Emma is truly happy 🥰 ❤️‍🩹. And then she gets a phone call. It’s Jesse. He’s alive and coming home. 😱📞 What will Emma do? Return to her life with Jesse, who she always said was her one true love back then and spent years mourning? Or does she stay with Sam, the man she has fallen in love with and knows the Emma she is now? 💖 This book was heart wrenching and beautiful and all the things ✨. At first, I was anxious because I loved both Jesse and Sam. Then I started leaning a certain way and was anxious about who she would pick. Either way I knew heartbreak would be involved. Evangeline’s Heaven is a YA fantasy book that ke Evangeline’s Heaven is a YA fantasy book that kept me engaged from start to finish 📖. Evangeline lives in one of the seven heavens and is the daughter of Lucifer. She has always felt a little like an outcast because she is half Commoner (from her dad) and half Dominion (from her late mom). Dominions are a higher class of angel 👼🏼. She has never felt very welcome in other community, but her father has always shown her love. On her 18th birthday, her father visits and tells her he is on the verge of being able to win the war. They are fighting for Commoners to be treated like equals to Dominions 🗡. When parting from Evangeline, Lucifer gets attacked by his former best friend and leader of God’s army, Gabriel and his son Michael (an old schoolmate of Evangeline’s). Now Evangeline must find her father to help him, but the more she learns in her journey and the more she accepts Michael’s help, the less sure she is of her father’s intentions and true nature. ✨ I really enjoyed this novel. I wanted to keep reading to see what would happen next and if this fantasy novel would ultimately portray Lucifer as good or bad!
