White Mules
Happy Friday! We made it through another week on lockdown! I can’t believe it’s been almost 7 weeks since this all started here in NJ. It doesn’t feel quite like spring here. We’ve had a few really nice, beautiful days and then a lot of rainy, extremely windy, chilly days. But, let’s pretend it’s full on spring over here and look at pretty, spring shoes – white mules in particular. I got these studded white mules at the end of the winter, but obviously have not been able to wear them much yet. I’ve worn them with an outfit once or twice on here in the past few weeks and…

Restyled: Green Smock Top + Mustard Bow Mules
Sharing another restyling today. The purpose for this restyling is to show off my new shoes! I’ve been loving the bow mule trend – the kind with the cutout between the bow and the toes. When I saw these mustard colored ones I thought they were so cute. I was a bit hesitant at first to get them because I wasn’t sure if I could match them with a lot of outfits. But, I decided that everyone loves mustard, myself included, and it would actually go with a lot more than at first thought. Plus, it would be a departure from the normal black, grey, taupe, white shoes. So I…

Floral Lattice Top
It’s only Tuesday, but I feel like I’ve been through a week of work already! Hopefully today doesn’t drag or feel too tiring. For the look I’m sharing today I wore a floral lattice detailed top with cropped jeans and rose gold mules. I recently wore the same top and mules to work but with black pants to make it more work appropriate. Top: New York & Company | Jeans: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Mules: Target I love the design on the top. The navy blue background with the swirls of floral print in champagne, gold, blue, green, etc. is so pretty. The lattice detailing is just an…

Embellished Mules
It’s no secret that I absolutely love mules. They’re so cute, comfortable, and stylish. You can wear them casually or more dressed up. Over the past year I have collected a few super cute mules that I love styling. The pair I’m sharing today I got in the winter so it was too cold to wear them. Needless to say I was waiting for the weather to warm up so I could break them out! These black mules with pearl, crystal, and gold stud embellishments are so fun and completely jazz up an outfit. Top: Lookbook Store | Jeans: Old Navy | Mules: Express | Watch: Fossil The best part…

May 2018 Favorites
Can you believe that tomorrow is already June? It’s crazy to think that we’re already so far in to 2018 and that in a few weeks I’ll be on summer break. To wrap up the month of May, I have a few favorites to share with you. I only have a few favorites so this will be quick. First, I’ve been loving thisΒ Orange Marmalade with Champagne with toast for breakfast in the morning. It’s so yummy and not too sweet! Another food favorite of mine this month is theΒ walnut danish from my local bakery. It’s such a good baked good snack especially with an afternoon cup of coffee. My next…

Ruffled Bell Sleeve + Ombre Stones
As many of you know, I hopped on the bell sleeve trend this year. At first, I wasn’t sure how I felt about them – never writing them off but not sure if they were for me. But as the year progressed, I started to love them and now I’m all for them. The look I’m sharing today is this blue & white blouse with a keyhole back and bell sleeves with delicate ruffle detailing. The top is so simple, but at the same time so stylish with it’s blue & white stripes, and sleeve details. To dress the look up a little more I wore this beautiful ombre stone…

Floral Embroidery + Ruffle Sleeves
If you’ve been following me for a while then you know I’m all about floral prints. I also love embroidery so when it’s floral embroidery that’s even better. This grey top has a pretty floral embroidery design. What could possibly make it better? Ruffle sleeves! Top: Francesca’s | Jeans: LOFT | Shoes: Steve Madden via DSW |Β Watch:Β Fossil The floral design on this top makes me think of vintage paintings/prints of flowers, which I love. The double ruffle detail on the sleeves is perfect. I just love all the detailing in this otherwise, regular grey tee. Pairing it with my satin bow mules was the perfect choice to elevate the look.…

Valley Floral Pleated Skirt + Satin Bow Mules
So if you haven’t guessed, I’m totally into mules right now (see my post about my embroidered mules here) and right now is the perfect time to be wearing them as the weather isn’t so cold that my feet are freezing but they’re still close-toed. These pink satin bow mules are perfect and I’m so happy I found them. The color is so beautiful and the bows and the satin – my love for them is real. They went perfectly with my valley floral pleated skirt. I paired the skirt and satin bow mules with a white blouse with delicate lace paneling. And in case it would be cold at…

Seersucker Dress + Embroidered Mules
What are your thoughts on mules? I love them and I love that they’re so versatile and can be worn for a dressier outfit as well as casual ones. When I saw these denim embroidered mules I had to have them! For work, I paired it with a seersucker dress and a short sleeve, white cardigan a few weeks ago. Dress: H&M | Cardigan: J.Crew Factory | Shoes: Mix No. 6 via DSW | Watch: Fossil Seersucker is such a summer staple, but I couldn’t resist breaking it out one last time last month. Plus, the weather felt like summer so it worked. The dress is super comfortable with it’s…
