Seersucker Dress + Embroidered Mules

What are your thoughts on mules? I love them and I love that they’re so versatile and can be worn for a dressier outfit as well as casual ones. When I saw these denim embroidered mules I had to have them! For work, I paired it with a seersucker dress and a short sleeve, white cardigan a few weeks ago.

Seersucker is such a summer staple, but I couldn’t resist breaking it out one last time last month. Plus, the weather felt like summer so it worked. The dress is super comfortable with it’s elastic waist and loose construction. I really like the tie detail, which I like to leave undone rather than tying.

My embroidered mules are so comfortable and I’ve worn them a handful of times to work and out and about already. I love that I can wear it with an outfit like this dress and also wear it with jeans and a sweater. So versatile!
