Happy Sunday! Where do the weekends go? I wish they didn’t go so fast. Hopefully today won’t fly by. Today I’m sharing a very casual look. Well, it could be dressed up more, but I wore it dressed down. Last weekend, I wore this floral and paisley tacked ruana with a light blue tee and black leggings. Last time I wore this paisley skort on here it was colder weather and I wore it with a grey long sleeve sweat top, a denim jacket, and over the knee boots. This time around I styled it for summer with a light pink tee and bronze sandals. Oh Monday. Winter break is so close, I can smell it. Definitely not ready for Christmas yet though! Muted Paisley
My first day back to work yesterday wasn’t too bad, but I’m still not out of summer mode yet. This past weekend was filled with showers of the baby and bridal variety (but of course I showered too). I wore a tiered dress with a pink paisley design to my friend’s bridal shower on Sunday. I titled this post “Muted Paisley” because the color scheme is so subdued and gentle. Paisley Skater Skort
Two trends I’m loving are skater skirts and over-the-knee boots. So I ordered a few skater skirts from ASOS a while ago. I got 2 solid-colored skirts and 1 paisley. Now, the info for the paisley one (and I double checked) said “skirt” so I was surprised to find upon receiving it that it was actually a skort!
