If you don’t have a Peloton, then you may not know that there are a ton more things you can do with your membership than just ride the bike. There’s a lot of types of classes I haven’t taken yet and want to, but of the non-spin classes I have taken, I’ve really enjoyed them.
I’ve done yoga, stretching, full body strength, core, and one glutes & legs class and one meditation class. There are a ton more that I want to try like barre and pilates but I haven’t done them yet. I got resistance bands from Target recently, but that came in right before I got sick so I haven’t done any classes that require the bands yet.
When I do the non-spin classes I usually use my phone or my laptop to watch the instructors.
