Archer’s Voice Aesthetic

Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan is one of my favorite reads in June and favorites of all time. The book really gripped me and I can’t stop thinking about it so I wanted to put together an aesthetic board and reel.

Now, I tab my books but I don’t annotate. I think annotations are beautiful, but I am fairly confident that I would make mine so ugly in my attempts! I did underline this one part in the book though solely for this post!

Without spoiling the book, Archer has not been able to speak since he was a young child. In this scene that I highlighted, Archer and Bree are having a an emotional moment where Bree gets out of the car and runs off. Archer goes after her, but cannot call for her to stop. He grabs her arm and signs, “Don’t run from me. I can’t call to you. Please don’t run from me.” Cue the tears.

If you haven’t read this yet, I highly recommend it!
