Book Review: Savage Bonds

I read the second book in The Bonds that Tie series, Savage Bonds, and had fun being back in that world!

This book picks up shortly after Broken Bonds. I don’t want to spoil anything so I’ll keep this review brief!

Oli’s bonds are starting to suspect that she didn’t just run away from them because she didn’t want them, but that there is something bigger going on. Oli is still adamant that she needs to leave them to protect them from her powers and from the Resistance. If she consummates her relationships with any of them their powers will only get stronger and she’s avoiding that, but her dislike for them is waning as she gets to know them and her bond wants them so bad.

The Resistance is getting closer and more abductions and attacks are happening too. Will Oli give in and bond with the guys? Will getting more powerful be good or bad in terms of fighting the Resistance?

I loved being back in this world. This paranormal why choose romance is just so fun to read. I’d been told by others who have read and loved this series that the spice really picks up in this series since there wasn’t any in book 1 (just a little bit of tension) and it finally started in the second half of this book and did not disappoint! I would say my favorite bond so far is Gryphon and least favorite is Atlas.

Have you read this series already?

Read this if you want a spicy paranormal why choose romance series!
