Book Review: As Easy as Falling

Over the past week I read the third book in the Raek Riders series by Melanie K. Moschella, As Easy as Falling. I’m going to keep this review brief since I don’t want to give too much away as this is a series. However, there are some spoilers from previous books ahead!

The novel picks up where book 2 left off and Meera is now a raek rider and possesses powers. The novel follows Meera as she learns to control her new powers. And now that she is knell too, there shouldn’t be a reason that Shael and her can’t be together. But things are never easy. Meera has a lot to learn about her new powers and Shael has a lot of issues to work through. Add to that, the introduction of Shael’s friend Kennick and things get even trickier.

I liked this book, but didn’t find myself that hooked to the book/storyline as previously. I still like the characters and storyline. There is the start of a love triangle in this book and I typically don’t like love triangles so that’s not my favorite storyline addition. I’m interested to see where this will all go.
