Book Pouches

I may have a slight obsession with book pouches and sleeves. Over the past few months I’ve found a bunch that are so cute and also I never knew how essential book pouches were until I got one. How did I live without them before? Not only are they cute, but they protect your books when you’re on the go. Gone are the days of accidentally bending a book or getting a crease in the cover or pages or bending the corners. No matter how careful you are when you’re putting books in your bag, the book is going to get messed up – it’s just a matter of whether it’s a minor little scuff or if it’s going to be a ripped cover.

I did a little roundup of the ones I currently own!

The two pouches in the middle – the light pink one that says “Books” and the pastel floral one are from The Darling Effect and I posted about them back in November.

The two larger pouches with the zip tops and front pockets are from Get Lit Boutique – the adorable bookish shop I stumbled across in St. Augustine. I ordered these 2 online when I got back home. I actually use these the most now because they’re so large and easily fit my chunky fantasy books! They’re perfect to fit inside tote bags too.

Lastly, I love the striped pouch that says “One more chapter” with the snap on top. This one is from Inkwell Threads – one of my fav bookish shops. I like this slightly larger size too because a lot of my books are big.
