Guest Room Reading Corner

I’ve had this idea for a reading corner/little library in my guest room, in addition to my library in my front room, for a while. It’s finally pretty much all put together! I found the perfect shelves for the room that fit just under the windows. I haven’t decided what books I’ll put inside these little shelves. If I’ll just put my additional copies of books – like special editions etc – or just use it for overflow or immediate tbrs. So far I just have some extra candles in there, some coffee table books and cookbooks, and my Lego typewriter. On top, I have some plants, my new candle warmer, my new coasters, a little adorable bookmark holder, my home library Lego, and my paint by numbers on display! After a lot of consideration, I chose this white armchair with ottoman in a fuzzy teddy material. It’s the perfect size for the corner of a bedroom. And the floor lamp with the green shade is so cute! Lastly, I got this beautiful art print from Etsy that features an open book with butterflies flying out of it. I just love it and the vibrant colors!

I love the way the room is coming together!
