July 2025 Favorite Books
I can’t believe it’s already August. Summer always goes by too fast and I’m really trying to make a more conscious effort of savoring these last few weeks before I go back to work. That includes reading as much as I can when I’m not out and about because once work starts I’ll have less time to read as much as I want.
I had a great reading month in July and read more books than I’ve been able to in recent months. Of all the books I read, I picked out 7 that were my favorites and 1 ultimate favorite of the bunch.

My favorites were:
- The Co-Op
- Maid for Each Other (review to come tomorrow!)
- Till Summer Do Us Part
- Done & Dusted
- One Golden Summer
- The Christmas Orphans Club
- The Maid’s Secret
I enjoyed all the books I read in July but these were the ones I loved the most. And then I had to think about which of these 7 was the one that I loved the most and the answer was…
One Golden Summer by Carley Fortune! I loved Charlie and Alice’s story and I was so happy we got Charlie’s story!

I’m excited to see how the rest of my book bracket will turn out for the 2nd half of the year and if Funny Feelings holds strong as my favorite book of the year!
Did you have any books you loved in July?
