“Come on Superman, say your stupid line”

If you’re active on social media I’m sure you’ve seen the “Come on Superman, say your stupid line” trend – lyrics from a Tame Impala song. When the line was stuck in my head because I had heard it so much/seen so many posts with the trend, I was reading Left of Forever and came across a quote Ellis says to Wren that I wanted to use for the trend myself.

“Come on Superman, say your stupid line…”

“All I know is that if I found out heaven was real and got there first? I’d hang back in the waiting room and save you a seat.”
