    Foodie Diary: Georgia

    As many of you already know, I just came home from a long weekend in Georgia visiting family outside Atlanta. Since I am off for spring break, I went down on Friday and came home on Tuesday. I’ve been to Georgia many times over the years so my time there is mostly just hanging out with friends and family and lots of eating.     It’s Friday! I know it was a shorter work week with the day off on Monday for Martin Luther King Day, but I have been so busy and doing things nonstop all while feeling like I could fall asleep at any moment.     Photo Challenge: Dreamy

    This past week’s photo challenge from The Daily Post was dreamy. I’m sharing a photo I took last December when I went to visit some family in Georgia. We went to see the Garden Lights at the Atlanta Botanical Garden which offers a whole host of Christmas lights, decorations and music along a pretty, light filled trail. This shot I took seemed particularly dreamy to me because the picture is dark and the lights glisten off the wet ground. I really do love the reflection of the lights off the wet pavement.
