Open Knit Cowl Neck Sweater
Did you watch the Super Bowl last night? I was only half paying attention as I wasn’t that invested in either team. Some of the commercials were pretty funny although I only half paid attention to those too! The half time show was entertaining. Shakira and JLo are looking better than ever! Petunia Cowl Neck
Are you planning on watching the Super Bowl tonight? I’ll be watching at a friend’s. I don’t really care for either team so it’ll be mostly just to hang out for me. The cozy sweater I’m sharing today was actually supposed to be a gift for my mom, but it didn’t fit her and instead of exchanging it she insisted I keep it and I got her something else later. I’m actually really glad I kept it because it is so cozy! I love cowl necks because I’m not a huge fan of turtlenecks and cowl necks are always so stylish. Multicolor Feather Cowl Neck
How’s the weather where you are? We’re still feeling the effects of the nor’easter. Yesterday was extremely windy, rainy/snowy. On my way home from work I saw so many downed power line poles and trees – it was crazy. My electricity went out for about 15 minutes last night. Thankfully it wasn’t for too long and it wasn’t too cold. Just last week it was 70 degrees! V-Knit Sweater
Not to toot my own horn, but I get a lot of compliments on my selection of sweaters. Sweaters are something I really invest in because without cute sweaters of varying styles, winter fashion can get repetitive and boring. So when I saw this cowl neck sweater at the Banana Republic Factory Store in the fall, I loved how the knit made a V shape. Funnel Neck Sweater
I want to start off this post by saying I don’t know why this sweater is called a “funnel neck sweater” because it looks like a cowl neck to me. My brother got this sweater for me for Christmas along with the hoodie I shared on here the other day. When I opened the box and saw the sweater I said something about how I like cowl necks and he said, “what’s a cowl neck? This is a funnel neck” to which I replied “What’s a funnel neck?
