    Walk-Through Maxi Skirt

Today I’m sharing one last look I shot with Lauren back in July in Asbury Park. I wore a white top that is lace in the front and a walk-through maxi skirt. I had no idea that’s what these were called, but that’s what Francesca’s labeled it as when I bought it so I guess that’s the name! Essentially they’re shorts with a maxi skirt attached in the back. Sort of like maxi rompers, but this is just the bottoms. I love the movement of the walk-through maxi skirt and how it flows. So pretty! When we were on the boardwalk for photos, the wind would always pick up and…

    Square Cold Shoulder Lace Blouse

This blouse is called “Going to the Chapel” on the Vici Collection website and I think it’s so fitting since the top is so dreamy and ethereal – exactly how I want to feel when I’m a bride one day! This top has crochet lace, a high neckline, square cold shoulders for a very defined look, and scalloped edges. It’s seriously so pretty in person! I wore this lace blouse with distressed denim jeggings and pink bow sandals for my June photoshoot with LaurenĀ in Red Bank, NJ. Top: Vici Collection (here) | Pants: NikiBiki via Nordstrom Rack | Shoes: Steve Madden via DSW I thought pairing the romantic lace blouse…

    Deep V Lace Panel

Happy Wednesday! This week is going by too fast – summer and holiday breaks are the times of the year when I don’t want weeks to go by fast! Summer needs to slow down. Today I’m sharing a really fun tee that can be dressed up or down. This black graphic tee that says “Fearless” has a deep v lace panel in the front and back. I love the black lace panel! And I love that it’s in the back too. I wore it with a black bralette and denim shorts. Tee: Express | Shorts: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Sandals: Target How pretty is this tee? As I…

    Multicolor Lace Peplum

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend and 4th of July break if you had last week off. Today I’m sharing an outfit I wore last week. The multicolor lace peplum is one of those tops that I bought because I really liked it but wasn’t completely sure how it would look on me and then was pleasantly surprised that it fit me perfectly and loved it even more than I did when I bought it. I love the different colors of lace in this top and somehow it all works together really nicely and isn’t too busy or look like random colors were thrown together. Top:…

    Blue & White Tassel Romper

On the 4th of July, I wore not one but two blue & white rompers. I’ve had this lace blue & white romper with open back and tassels since last year and haven’t had the chance to share it on here. I thought the holiday was the perfect reason to re-wear it and take photos for the blog. But, it was very hot and humid out and I was moving and unpacking some things at the townhouse so it wasn’t very practical to wear all day. So, I wore it for photos in the morning and then changed into a more comfy blue & white romper for the rest of…

    Restyled: Floral Pleated Maxi Skirt

A few years ago I styled this floral pleated maxi skirt with a blue tank top for a summer look. I decided it was time to restyle it and took it with me to my spring photoshoot with Jaye. This time I wore a hot pink tank top with a lace back. I wore gold jewelry with lightweight statement earrings, a layered tassel necklace that I got as a gift from Baublebar, and a dainty gold bracelet. Top: Express | Skirt: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Shoes: ASOS | Bracelet: Express | Necklace: Baublebar | Earrings: Premiere Designs I went with pink because I thought it brought a nice…

Restyled: Lace Collared Top + Pinafore

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a restyling on here so I’m back with a new one. I have been waiting for months to wear this outfit. I had this outfit in my mind for the longest time but it was too cold out to wear it. I first shared this lace collared blouse with floral necktie on here two years ago when I shared what I wore on Thanksgiving. I have also shared this grey pinafore before, but last time I wore it on the blog I wore a sage floral top underneath. In my mind I thought the two would look amazing together and in my opinion…

    Tiered Lace Ruffles

The only thing better than lace and ruffles is a top where the two are combined! I’ve been waiting to wear this lace tiered ruffle top for so long. I got it right before the weather turned cold back in the fall and then it was too cold to wear! I finally got the chance to wear it last week and it was everything I wanted and more. So pretty, cute and feminine. I wore a navy blue tank top underneath and grey pants. To finish off the look I wore black sandals with tassels. Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Pants: Uniqlo | Shoes: LC Lauren Conrad via…

    Skirted Pant

I hope you all had a great weekend! I was able to relax a bit which is nice because last weekend was busy and this week and weekend are going to be super hectic and busy for me so it was a nice break. I’m going to keep this post really short word-wise because I’m having some computer issues and it’s a miracle that this post is going up! I thought my Macbook would last me until the end of the year, but I’m not sure it’s going to last me the rest of this week! Fingers crossed it stops acting up because a new laptop is not an expense…

    Black Lace Sweatshirt

I’ve spoken about this before, but picking out what I’m going to wear every day is truly one of life’s little joys for me. Whether it’s glamming up or seriously glamming down, I find it really fun to express myself and mood through my style. But as much as I like picking out outfits, some days I’m just tired and can’t be bothered. Don’t get me wrong, if I’m going out in public I still want to look presentable, but if I’m feeling a little lazy I opt for something that looks cute or good and takes no effort. That’s where this sweatshirt comes in. This could just be a…
