Restyled: Jeweled Peter Pan Collar
I love sharing restylings because I usually hold on to pieces for a while and let’s be real outfit repeats happen. Since it’s been a while since I wore this jeweled peter pan collar on here, I thought I would restyle it. A few years ago I shared it on here with jeans. This time around I wore it to work with black pants and a bright pink cardigan. Cardigan: Target | Top: Elle via Kohl’s | Pants: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Mules: Target This jewels are just in the the shape of a peter pan collar, but there isn’t actually a collar on this black knit short sleeve…

Fall Blooms + Faux Suede
I love a good Peter Pan collar and the one I’m sharing today is perfect for fall with its fall hued floral print. This sleeveless blouse has a Peter Pan collar, tie, and a pretty floral print. I wore it with a white cardigan and a faux suede skirt featuring buttons down the middle, which I’ve worn on here before. As you can tell from these photos, I wore this back when it was warmer because I didn’t have to wear tights and my pumpkin planter filled with mums was still going strong. Sweater: J.Crew Factory | Blouse: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Skirt: Nordstrom Rack | Shoes: Aldo…

Peter Pan Collar in Ponderosa Pine
I’ve mentioned it before on here, but for all my new or relatively new followers I’m a fan of the peter pan collar. It’s just such a classic look. Interestingly enough when I try to think of all the blouses I have with a peter pan collar, they’re all sleeveless tops. Seeing as how the weather is not warm enough for sleeveless tops I wore this particular top in a print called “ponderosa pine” with a grey cardigan. Aside from the fact that it’s not warm enough for sleeveless, I always find it iffy to wear sleeveless to work. Cardigan: Old Navy | Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s |…

Blue Grey
It’s the Monday before Thanksgiving! I think/hope the next 2 1/2 days of work will go by quickly. And hopefully the holiday weekend will not go by quickly though all 4 days will be pretty jam packed with plans so I have a feeling that it will be over before I know it. My weekend went as planned and I was able to relax and sleep in until the sun was actually out, but I felt in a weird funk all weekend. So sharing this blue grey look seems fitting given my mood this past weekend. In the past year or two I have noticed an increase in the amount of blues…

Peter Pan Collar + Circle Skirt
Peter Pan collars are one of my favorite style details. In my opinion, they are so classic, sophisticated, and sweet looking. Earlier this summer I got 2 new sleeveless blouses with peter pan collars. This one which is white with a light blue floral pattern cascading down and a grey blue one which you will probably see later on this fall. Top: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Skirt: Express | Shoes: New York & Company | Watch: Fossil Since when I wore this outfit to work it was much warmer out, I paired this top with a grey circle skirt and black flats. It was a very loose, flowy outfit for work –…

Jeweled Peter Pan Collar
I can’t believe it’s already Thursday! When this post goes live, I will be headed to Chicago for a wedding this weekend. If you’ve been following me for a while you’ve probably noticed that I’ve been going to a whole lot of weddings in the past year and I haven’t even been able to accept all the invites! So I’ll have some travel and wedding related looks up on the blog in the coming days to share with you all. In the meantime, I love peter pan collars, which I talked about in a post back in the fall. Usually, peter pan collars are pretty simple which is part of the…

Pink & White OOTD
October is quickly coming to an end (P.S. How did that happen?). As mentioned in my Pink Elephant Pendant post, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Before the month closes out, I wanted to share this pink & white look that I wore to work this past Friday. The junior class at my school held a dress down fundraiser for the cause, which required you to wear pink and/or white if you donated. Dress downs are always a big hit at school since the students wear uniforms normally. Top: Candie’s via Kohls Cardigan: JCrew Factory Jeans: Loft Shoes: Keds Crash Back Slip-On via DSW Watch: Michael Kors I’m so pleased with this look. This top…
