Jeweled Peter Pan Collar

I can’t believe it’s already Thursday! When this post goes live, I will be headed to Chicago for a wedding this weekend. If you’ve been following me for a while you’ve probably noticed that I’ve been going to a whole lot of weddings in the past year and I haven’t even been able to accept all the invites! So I’ll have some travel and wedding related looks up on the blog in the coming days to share with you all.

In the meantime, I love peter pan collars, which I talked about in a post back in the fall. Usually, peter pan collars are pretty simple which is part of the beauty of them. This one, however, is jeweled which definitely ups its dressiness. I got it on clearance at Kohl’s and I think it’s so fun!

I’m still getting used to using the selfie-stick – work in progress! I wore this top out to dinner earlier in the week and I love how it can be dressed up or down, but of course the jeweled collar does instantly make it dressier than your average top. Since it is jeweled, it also means you don’t need to wear any jewelry. I love this because in the summer when I’m trying to simplify, this top has built in accessories!
