    This light blue velvet pleated midi skirt is so dreamy. It makes me think of Cinderella actually. I’ve been waiting for so long to wear this skirt, because I wanted it to be warm enough to wear without tights – I don’t think it’d look good with tights – and before it got too warm to wear it. The ruffled or paper bag waist and blue ribbon are the cutest details. I paired the skirt with a plain white long sleeve tee which allowed the skirt to be the star of the outfit.     Pleats are a style detail I love. Pleated skirts, pleated dresses, peplums with pleated details – such a classic look. So when I saw this short sleeve blouse had pleats in the front and the back I knew it would be a great top for work.
