Was it a scorcher of a weekend for you where you live? It was 100 here yesterday and so humid. The evenings did cool down enough (90 with a tiny bit of a breeze) that I was able to get out and go for walks to get some exercise in. Striped Square Neck Tank
I’ve heard lots of people say that square neck tops are really flattering and I agree. I don’t know what it is about the style, but it is really flattering on all body types. When I saw this striped square neck tank top I thought it was such a classic top. Easy to dress up or down, it’s a staple. I wore the tank top with black gauzy shorts and my black statement ring. Grey Striped Eyelet Trim Tee
I love stripes and in spring and summer I love eyelet, so when I saw this grey striped eyelet trim tee I thought it was so precious. I also got it in a green floral print cause you know I can’t pass up florals and green is my fav. What I love about this tee is that it’s not just an eyelet trim on the hem, which is a pretty common style. What’s different about it is that the back has a faux tulip style and is trimmed in eyelet. When I saw this structured canvas crossbody bag and it’s insanely affordable price, I ordered it right away. It’s the perfect light colored bag for spring and summer. I normally pick neutral colors for my bags and purses so that I can get the most use out of them. Sticking to blacks, tans, and creams is always a good idea to keep things classic. But sometimes you want a more vibrant color for a pop of color and/or to add a bold color to your look. Stripe Mock Neck Sweater Dress
I love a good sweater dress – especially if it’s cozy. I recently got rid of some old sweater dresses of mine so I was browsing to restock and found this striped mock neck sweater dress. It looked great online so I ordered it and I’m so glad I did! It’s so soft and has a decent thickness/weight to it so it’s nice and warm! Happy Friday! This first week back to work hasn’t been too bad, but I’ve been extremely tired every single day. Hopefully after this weekend I can start feeling normal again.
