Pleats, Please

Pleated skirts are a love of mine. I think they’re perfect for so many different looks and attires especially if you want to look a bit more sophisticated. So when Polyvore had a pleated skirt challenge, of course, I had to take part.

This gorgeous green pleated skirt with sakura blossom print reminds me of the LC Lauren Conrad skirt I shared here, which sadly did not fit. Because the skirt has so much going on, I wanted to go with something simple for the top. I went with this pale pink sleeveless blouse with a lace yoke. Again, I wanted to stay neutral with the accessories so I went with nude colored Dolce & Gabbana lace booties (the black version are on my luxury wish list) and a light tan Valentino clutch with low key beads.
