Joah Beauty Blur Activator Mineral Primer

A good primer can help your makeup stay in place all day. I’ve used drugstore and high end primers and have liked most of them. There have been only one or two that I didn’t really care for.

I was recently sent the Joah Beauty Blur Activator Mineral Primer. It’s a drugstore brand that is K-Beauty inspired and people love K-Beauty so I was excited to give this a try.

Here’s how Joah Beauty describes the primer:

What it does:
Infused with Korean Camellia Oil, this lightweight, airy skin perfecting primer creates a veil-like effect on the skin which “blurs” imperfections leaving smooth, flawless skin. Foundation will glide on and set makeup for long lasting wear.

Benefits:

  • Extends wear of makeup
  • Ideal for all skin types
  • Korean Camellia oil & Minerals protects skin from environmental factors
  • Minimizes appearance of redness, large pores, wrinkles & more

I’ve been using the primer for over a week now and have been really liking it. I haven’t had any issues with it. One small pump is enough for my whole face. I just apply it like a face moisturizer and it absorbs quickly. It doesn’t make my skin feel tacky or greasy at all. I do think it makes my skin look smoother, more matte, and evens out my skin. I don’t think it makes it perfectly flawless – I wish! – but I think it does a good job, feels good on my face, and is extremely affordable! Side note – the bottle is glass, which is really nice and makes it look and feel like something higher end than drugstore!

*I was sent this product complimentary, but all opinions are my own.*
