Kate Spade Twistlock Convertible Bag

If you follow any fashion bloggers on their actual blogs or on social media then I’m sure you know a few weeks ago all they talked about was the Nordstrom sale. I’m obviously a blogger and if you’ve followed me on here for any length of time then you know I’m into fashion and style, but I’m not a hardcore fashion blogger that covers things like the Nordstrom sale. But anyway, when all the people who could get that super early access, which I assume means they spend thousands of dollars Nordstrom every year, I kept seeing a beautiful Tory Burch bag that I loved. I still do think it’s a beautiful bag, but I couldn’t pull the trigger and get it. It was $300 and that was the sale price! I did want to get myself something for my birthday though so I still kept it under consideration. After days of online browsing at other bags, I found the Kate Spade Twistlock Convertible Crossbody Bag. It was not on sale and was essentially the same price as the Tory Burch bag on sale ($298). However, this bag is a convertible bag and can be worn as a crossbody (or shoulder bag) or as a belt bag.

The fact that it could be worn multiple ways sold me. Yes, it was going to cost me the same as the sale price for the Tory Burch, but I was also getting two bags for the price of one basically. I’ve worn it in the photos below as a crossbody and as a belt bag.

Tee: LOFT | Denim Shorts: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Romper: H&M | Bag: Kate Spade (here) | Shoes: Steve Madden via DSW

Which way do you like it better? I like both!

I got the the blush color, but it comes in a few other colors. I love the twistlock detail. So fun and chic!
