Pre-Fall Book Haul

I may be back at work with the new school year, but it’s not technically fall yet. I went to Barnes & Noble 2 weeks ago and did a little book haul of books I want to read leading up to Halloween (minus Love on the Brain which has nothing to do with Halloween or fall). These are all books that I think are fun for Halloween but not spooky, scary, or creepy. They seem to be more lighthearted and fun.

I got:

• The Dead Romantics by Ashley Posten
• The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling
• The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels by India Holton
• The League of Gentlewomen Witches by India Holton
• Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood

I also picked up this cute metal chain bookmark with a light purple tassel on one end and a stack of books on the other. It was an impulse buy by the register while I was waiting to pay!

I’m planning to start Love on the Brain later this week and the rest of these books later this month and into October. I can’t wait!

So that’s my haul, which makes my heart happy, but my wallet a little sad lol.
