It’s been a while since I’ve done a fitness update. I think I’m behind in minutes in this year’s annual challenge compared to last year, but it’s been a busy time. I don’t think I’m working out less days a week than last year but I’ve definitely been doing shorter workouts more often so the minutes just don’t compare. But, that’s okay. The important thing is that I’m still committed to working out multiple times a week! I’m still working on doing more off-the-bike Peloton workouts. Some weeks are more successful than others in incorporating them.
I recently passed 550 workouts since I got the Peloton and I passed 4,000 minutes in the annual challenge. Hopefully I can pass some more milestones before the end of the year!
