Three Books I Bought for the Cover
There’s the popular saying “don’t judge a book by its cover”, but sometimes you see a gorgeous cover and you just have to get it! I have a bunch of books that I have gotten physical copies of rather than Kindle versions because I wanted the covers. Then there are a few that I’ve gotten hardly knowing anything about the book because the cover was so pretty. Three that fall into that category are below!

- Magnolia Parks – I know only a little about this series but everyone I know who has read it has loved it. All I know is that it’s like a British version of Gossip Girl. I’d seen this cover and the covers in the series on social media for a long time and then saw them in person a few times at Barnes & Noble. Then, when the news broke about the new covers which feature real people (I dislike books with real people on the covers!) I ordered the more unique, illustrated covers from Blackwells – a British bookstore that ships to the US for free!
- Fangirl – My friend told me she loves this book, but I don’t really know anything about it. However, the special 10th anniversary edition with sprayed and stenciled edges and textured hardcover was too pretty to pass up!
- Rise of the Cinder Fae – I have a few bookstagram friends who read ARCs of this one and loved it. I love the cover and had to grab a copy for myself!
Eventually, I will read these! lol
