Book Spotlight: The Middle of the End
I’m still reading book 5, the last book in the Raek Riders series by Melanie K. Moschella, The Middle of the End, but wanted to post a book spotlight on it, I, especially, wanted to do a spotlight since I am going away on vacation in a few days and furiously trying to get through my PR tbr on my bookshelves this summer!

Synopsis
Meera has freed herself from her dungeon cell, but she has not quite freed herself from her grief and guilt. Desperate for atonement, she leads Kennick, Shael, and Linus to Harringbay to seek forgiveness from the duke’s family for her part in his death.
The duke’s daughter, Emmaline, is sick-plagued by a lifetime illness that she fears will kill her. Emmaline requests Meera’s assistance in reaching her ancestral land for a cure, and together, they will embark on a journey-one that will prove fruitful in unexpected ways.
At the same time, a battle is brewing between Aegorn and Terratelle-one final battle to end the long-waging war between the two nations. Meera will have to decide whether or not she will fight … But whatever she decides, her extraordinary abilities won’t help her prevent the death of someone she loves.
