Livraria Lello

One of the things I was most looking forward to on my trip to Portugal was the Livraria Lello. It is a famous bookstore that’s been around since 1840! We got our entrance tickets in advance before the trip which is highly recommended because it is so popular and gets really crowded even with the tickets. Supposedly this bookstore with it’s staircases helped inspire Harry Potter.

I really enjoyed walking around the store, taking photos, and bought a Livraria Lello tote bag that features Le Petit Prince and a mini book of Alice Through the Looking Glass.

The trip inside was definitely worth it! And of course I had to take a picture of the Portuguese versions of the ACOTAR series!
