Princes of Sin

I was recently thinking of Kerri Maniscalco’s Kingdom of the Wick series and the spin-off series, Prince of Sin series. I think because she recently shared the cover to the next novel in the series, Throne of Nightmares.

It got me thinking which Prince of Sin is my favorite? The Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy focuses on Wrath. Throne of the Fallen focuses on Envy. Throne of Secrets focuses on Gluttony. I love them all, but I think Wrath is still my favorite!

I picked out a quote from each one of these mmcs as I reminisced.

Wrath – “I always knew you. And always will. Your soul calls to mine. It’s a feeling of coming home. Of peace. No magic can duplicate it.”

Envy – “And I love being a sinner too much to be a saint.”

Gluttony – “I thought you were the most devastating thing I’d ever seen. A comet speeding directly at me and I was so lost to your splendor, I didn’t care if you wiped me clean of the realm, so long as I got a chance to admire you, even from a distance.”
