Things I Love: Off Campus Rewatch + Italian Rainbow Cookie Ice Cream

Happy Sunday! Since it’s a 3 day weekend, this is a happier Sunday than the average one since I won’t have the Sunday night blues tonight. For today’s post I wanted to share 2 things I’m loving right now – rewatching Off Campus, because I’m still obsessed, and Italian Rainbow Cookie Ice Cream. A local bakery/creamery, Blue Sheep Bake Shop , has been my go-to bakery for cupcakes for years, but I’ve never gotten ice cream from them. They recently moved to a larger location just around the corner from where they used to be and a week or two ago I saw them advertise having their Italian Rainbow Cookie Ice Cream cookie in stock so naturally I had to go pick some up! I’ve been eating a little bit at a time to really savor it!

Also, this scene from my photo above is one that is not in the books, but I love so much. I don’t like when adaptations stray too much from the books, especially when it’s a book I love so much so you know this scene has to be goooood. It’s a scene I never knew I needed in my life! Garrett just practicing on his own in the rink, thinking Hannah is on a date with Justin and that he doesn’t have a chance. Then, he hears her singing the song he loves over the arena’s loudspeakers. Swoon.
