Happy Saturday! I’m writing this ahead of time, but if all went according to plan I arrived in Georgia yesterday afternoon. I’m here visiting family for a few days and I plan to take some outfit photos and pretty much photos of everything I eat, so be on the look out for that next week! Just doing a quick post today to share what I wore for my travel day yesterday. Definitely took these photos ahead of time because I already knew what I was going to wear yesterday. Since I was in the middle of taking my suitcase from my parents’ house back to my place I thought why…

    Blue Wubby Pullover

Happy President’s Day! I hope all my readers in the US are able to enjoy the day off today. I’m really happy to have a 3 day weekend. I haven’t been feeling 100% the past 2 days so I’m taking advantage of this long weekend to take a beat and recharge (hopefuly). On my recharging Sunday, I wore this cozy blue wubby pullover. What is wubby? It’s a cozy, fuzzy fleece and when I looked it up Joann’s Fabrics literally describes it as wrapping yourself in a cloud. This wubby pullover has a hood and kangaroo pocket. The back is slightly longer than the front so it’s perfect to wear…

    Cream Henley Pullover

For my drive home from DC last weekend, I wanted to wear something comfy and cozy. I wore this cream henley pullover sweater, brown leggings, and brown lace-up UGGs. Sweater: American Eagle | Leggings: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Boots: UGG The oversized fit of this pullover is perfect to wear with leggings. This was the perfect outfit to sit in the car and drive in for a few hours. I wasn’t too hot or cold and I was comfortable. Plus, I still looked well put together when I stopped for lunch. Have a great Friday – I’m so happy it’s the weekend!

After a very busy week last week and a busy weekend with my friend’s wedding, by Sunday I was exhausted. This doesn’t bode well for me for the next wedding I have next week which is a 4 day affair! Plus, I have some exciting personal things happening next week too – but that’s for another day! Anyway, by Sunday I was feeling pretty beat and it was cold and rainy outside, so I was totally in the comfy clothes mood. I went to visit a friend and her new baby boy and then to another friends’ for a Memorial Day Weekend bbq, which turned in to an indoor bbq…

    Write On

I love a clever play on words and when that play on words happens to be on a cute, comfy t-shirt you can’t go wrong. Writing a book is a dream of mine, but for the longest time I had no idea what my book would be about. Now that I’m becoming slightly more serious about it I’ve come up with a couple of ideas but nothing detailed enough to be a full idea yet if that makes sense. In any case, when I saw Avenue Be was selling these t-shirts with a vintage typewriter print and the phrase “Write On” on it, I had to have it! It makes…

    Oversized Cropped Knit

I know, oversized and cropped sounds like an oxymoron, but there’s really no better way to describe this sweater. I wrote yesterday about the funky weather. The temperature and weather really changes each day. I’m sharing another look today that works for this in-between weather. So let me tell you how this sweater works for this crazy weather. This sweater is both oversized and cropped. It’s also a thick cable knit. The thickness and the fact that it’s oversized makes it nice and warm for that winter chill that hasn’t quite gone away yet. But wait a few hours and it’ll be no-jacket weather. Enter the beauty of the cropped…
