    Dusty Sage Oversized Pullover

It was ridiculously warm over the weekend. Like spring temperatures warm! It was so nice to be outside, but extremely weird considering it’s January in the northeast! It’s back to being cold though and this weekend and next week is supposed to be pretty cold. So to wear this oversized, dusty sage cozy pullover over the weekend was a little warm. But, I was comfy so it was comfortable to wear with leggings, a tank top underneath, and I wore it without a coat so I was good. I got this pullover because so many people were talking it up on social media and how amazingly soft and cozy it…

    Cozy Gift Guide

I am all about being cozy. As much as I like going out adventuring and doing things, I also love staying home, being on the couch with a blanket, and watching a movie. So it was a no brainer for me to put together a cozy gift guide. Sweatshirt: Pink Lily Boutique (here) | Blanket: Abercrombie & Fitch (here) | Mug: Anthropologie Is there anything better than being cozied up under a plaid sherpa blanket with a hot drink, in comfy clothes, in front of the Christmas tree? I think not! I love my new Christmas sweatshirt – the Christmas tree in the red truck is so classic. My plaid…

    Chevron Pullover

I hope you all had a nice weekend and if you’re in the US, a nice Thanksgiving weekend! Did you get anything on sale? Today’s Cyber Monday, as I’m sure you know, so I’ll be sure to share some deals over on my Instastories today. Speaking of sales, my chevron pullover was a Black Friday door buster and is still on sale today! I was so excited that The Mint Julep Boutique, or Shop the Mint as many people call them, reached out to me to let me know about the sale ahead of time and gave me all the info. I shared this pullover over on my LTK page…

    Holiday Pajamas

I’m a big fan of pajama sets. I don’t always wear matching pajamas – sometimes I mix and match lounge pieces I have, but I can’t say no to a cute pair of pajamas especially holiday ones. I think holiday pajamas are the ones I buy the most. And sometimes cute short sets in the summer. I got 2 sets of holiday pajamas this year on sale and since it’s Thanksgiving weekend a lot of sales are still going on. So if you’re like me and love holiday pajamas and comfy cozy ones at that, then keep reading! The first pair I bought this year are from the Extra Soft…

    Pastel Orchid Cozy Sweater

Were you affected by the Instagram/Facebook outage yesterday? It was so annoying! By the evening, I was able to post a photo (after it “loading” for 2 hours) and my stories took a few hours to upload as well. I’m hoping today it’s back to normal! As we inch closer to spring, I only have a limited amount of time left to share cozy, warm looks. Today is another cozy outfit that has good colors for spring, like my yellow and pink color block sweater I shared the other day. I love pastels so when I saw this pastel orchid cozy, fleece-y sweatshirt with multicolor pastel bands at the wrist…

    January 2019 Favorites

This month has both felt like it’s flown by and dragged on. I can’t believe it’s the last day of January, but at the same time the holidays and winter break feels like ages ago. Anyone else feel that way? As with the end of every month, I’m sharing my monthly favorites today. Let’s get started! First off, Outlander came back for season 4 back in November, but I didn’t catch up until this month. I’m still 3 episodes behind, but the season finale has just aired over the weekend. Now I need to decide if I want to hurry and watch those 3 episodes or if I want to savor…

    Cold Weather Coziness

How was your weekend? I’m sure you wish it would last longer as I always do. My weekend was pretty low key, which was okay with me since I’ve been running on fumes lately. Friday in to Saturday we had some pretty crazy weather especially the very high winds, so I mostly just stayed in to hide from that. Seeing as that’s how most of my weekend was spent, I thought it was the perfect day to share a cozy post and a little funny story. In the winter, I love to wear cozy clothes at home and if I’m on the couch, I will have a blanket on me…

    Knit Your Love Pompom Cardigan

If you follow a lot of bloggers on Instagram, sometimes you see a lot of the same items or pieces – especially if they have similar styles. I usually don’t want to get something I’ve seen a lot of people wear, but the Knit Your Love Pompom cardigan that I saw everywhere in the fall is so pretty and when it went on sale around Black Friday, I had to pick one up for myself! The cardigan is thick and so well made. The quality is amazing and it’s so soft! I love that the pompoms are attached and not dangling so that I don’t have to worry about it…

    Navy & Red Pullover

I hope you all had a nice weekend! Many of you may have 3-day weekend and be off from work today, but unfortunately I don’t. It’s my first year I’ve ever had work on President’s Day! No students, but professional development. Either way it stinks to not have the day off. But in more exciting news, yesterday I started the BBG program! I’ve heard about it and the Sweat app for months now and was really inspired by blogger Rachel Parcell and all the before/after photos I saw online. I haven’t worked out in a while – since I gave up my kickboxing membership and spent much of the end…

    Embroidered Stars

Yesterday was the Monday-est Monday I’ve had in a while. It just felt so long and like one thing after another. But hopefully today will be much better! Since I’m longing for the weekend, I’m sharing a casual weekend at home look today. I love this grey blue sweatshirt with the subtle star design. What makes it even better is that the stars are actually embroidered not just printed on! I wore this sweatshirt with grey leggings and boot socks for a comfy but stylish day at home one weekend day earlier this month on one of those single digit temperature days. Everything I’m wearing here is American Eagle coincidentally.…
