I’ve always wanted garland with lights around my house so when I moved in to my townhouse and had a good amount of visible bannister I knew I had the perfect opportunity. The lighted garland that I saw at Costco required an outlet so that didn’t work for me, but I found strings of tiny LED lights in the same aisle that are battery operated.
