    Sheer Ruffle Dot

My work/school year may be over for summer but I still have one or two more outfits that I wore to work to share with you. The first one up is this sheer ruffle dot top. The body is black, but the yoke and sleeves are sheer with a white dot design. There is a little ruffle detailing at the shoulders, but other than that the top is pretty simple. Sheer Kimono

Kimono cardigans started to really gain popularity last spring and they are still going strong this year which is good because I’m still loving the look. I bought two last year from Forever21 which have been both made appearances on here last summer and I picked up a few more since last summer #sorrynotsorry. It’s hard to tell in this picture, but in person you can really see the tank top/color through the shirt. I wore the same tweed-like textured…

    Illusion Crop Top Look

Okay, so I don’t know what the technical name for this top is called therefore I just made up the title of this post. I don’t remember if I’ve mentioned it on this blog before but I don’t wear crop tops for 2 main reasons. 1) I have a short torso so I feel like a crop top will not be a good look for me. 2) I feel self-conscious about showing off my stomach. Yes, I freely walk around the pool and beach in a bikini so I don’t really know what the problem is but maybe it just feels different when it’s clothing as opposed to a bathing suit…
