    Star Wars Pancakes

I need to preface this post by saying the pancakes did not turn out too hot. In the end, they looked okay, but not great. About a month ago when I was having a browse on the Williams Sonoma website, I saw they had Star Wars pancake molds. They looked so fun and who wouldn’t want to eat a pancake in the shape of Yoda or a storm trooper? So I bought the kid and it came with a storm trooper, yoda, R2D2, and Darth Vader. I used my trusty Aunt Jemima pancake mix and started making them. So like I said they didn’t end up that great looking so…

    Keeping Warm with Star Wars

My friends and I might be the last people to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi but this past weekend was the first weekend we were able to all go together since we were also having our Secret Santa party. Keep reading for my thoughts on the movie, but first I want to share this funnel neck sweatshirt I picked up last month. I had intended to wear it in Disney World and then the forecast looked too warm to bring it, so I didn’t. Then, of course it turned really cold while I was in Florida and pretty much all over the country and I wish I had brought it!…

May the 4th be With You

I always want to say “May the 4th be With You” and then I always forget until it’s too late and it’s the 5th. So this year I planned ahead! I had coffee in this nifty Star Wars mug the other day. When hot liquid is inside the light sabers “turn on” and the colors grow. So fun! I picked this up at Christmas time on Amazon. I bought one for my brother for Christmas and of course had to get one for myself too. Have a great day! I’ll be back with another post this afternoon showing a spring craft I did.

    Rogue One

Have you seen Rogue One yet? I saw it over the weekend and I was really excited for it leading up to the day. Then, I saw mixed reviews on my Facebook newsfeed. Some people seemed to love it and others thought it was just okay. I started to get worried that I wouldn’t like it so I tried to tell myself to keep my expectations low. What did I think?…..I absolutely loved it! It had me interested for the entire movie. No wondering how much time was left to the movie. No trying to tell myself that it has to get better. It was awesome! If you don’t know what…

    All Things Star Wars

I finally saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens! I know, I know, I’m probably the last person on Earth to see it. My friends and I had planned our Secret Santa get-together for January 2 and back in October or November decided it would be a good idea to follow up our gift exchange and lunch with the movie. At the time it seemed like a great idea, but once the movie was out it was torture knowing I wouldn’t be able to see it for another 3 weeks! It was so difficult to not click on any of the countless articles, spoilers, fan theories, etc. that began floating around the Internet and social…
