Photo Challenge: Trio

I don’t know about all of you other readers who celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, but as I write this I’m still full from stuffing my face. I expect it won’t last long though and I’ll be fully ready for leftovers for lunch today.

When I saw last Friday that this week’s photo challenge was “Trio”, I knew I wanted to figure out some sort of trio that had to do with Thanksgiving. One of the desserts from my Thanksgiving feast was a Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake from my fav supermarket and with its 3 layers of different chocolates I knew that had to be my photo for the challenge!

It’s hard to tell from this photo, but there is a thin layer of dark chocolate cake at the bottom. The mousse cake is not too rich, which means you can eat more! It’s super smooth and super yummy. A delectable trio of chocolate that I was definitely thankful for!
