Photo Challenge: Place in the World
Happy Friday! It may almost be the weekend, but it’s actually the start of a very busy week (or two or three) for me. I have 3 weddings to go to in the span of 4 weekends plus lots of wedding related events and other social events to go to during the weeks. Oh yeah and regular/work/personal things to get done. Photo Challenge: Unlikely
It’s finally Friday, everyone! This week has felt exceptionally long and yesterday was particularly stressful and crazy, but that’s for another day. Hopefully today will be a much calmer day at work and then I’ve got dinner plans and a bonfire at work/school so at least those are things to look forward to! It’s finally Friday! It’s been one of those weeks where every day I thought for a split second that the next day was Friday and unfortunately, it wasn’t. Photo Challenge: Awakening
Happy Friday! It’s still not feeling totally spring-like here yet. The flowering trees are blooming which is nice, but there’s still no leaves on the other trees. I’m still patiently waiting. But, since most other places in the country are experiencing spring it seems right that the photo challenge last week on The Daily Post was “Awakening“. I love a good sunrise or sunset photo and can’t resist taking photos of the gorgeous sky during them. We made it to Friday! Last week’s photo challenge from The Daily Post was “Story” and I wanted to find a photo of mine that told a visual story but at the same time made you wonder what the real story was. I took this photo in November when on a field trip with some students on a beach clean up trip. We went to Island Beach State Park for a few hours and the rangers provided us with gloves and garbage bags. Upon walking on to the beach it looked pristine, empty, and beautiful.
