Too Faced Grand Palais

Too Faced – Holiday 2015

I love the holiday releases from Too Faced. Every year they come up with the cutest and most creative sets! Definitely the kind of pieces you want to leave out on a vanity or shelf for decoration because they are the kind of sets that need to be seen. For example, last year’s La Belle Carousel.

The brand always has multiple products available for the holidays and Christmas came early for me when I received 2 sets from the Holiday 2015 collection.

First up, Le Grand Palais. It is a pink box that opens up to reveal a set of minis and a palette of eyeshadows, bronzer, blushes, and a highlight.

This palette is just too cute for words. I love the staircase, the dress mannequin, and the sparkly Eiffel Tower in the window. And the Sephora shopping bag is a nice touch! All of the shades are very wearable so I’m excited to really use everything. I’ve never tried their Melted Lipsticks before and Peony seems like a shade I’ll love so perhaps I’ll do a future review on that one.

Next, is Le Grand Chateau. Another adorable creation and this one really begs to be showcased on your vanity as it’s literally shaped like a house! The roof comes off and opens up to reveal a miniature Better Than Sex Mascara and 3 palettes. This is one of those gifts that you can either keep for yourself or buy and gift to 3 different people if you wanted to break up the palettes. The backs of each palette have the “To” and “From” like in La Belle Carousel if you choose to break this up into smaller gifts to different people.

I love the packaging and the shades of the makeup both of these sets. I can’t wait to try them out!Too Faced is one of my favorite makeup brands because their products are always winners for me especially their eyeshadows. I expect I’ll love everything here just as much as previous products I’ve tried from the brand. But really, the packaging is everything here. Is it weird that I kinda want to live inside these palettes with that hot pink chaise and a view of the Eiffel Tower and moon? The fact that I’m almost certain I’ll love all the actual products is just a bonus!

If you’re still thinking of a Christmas gift to give to a beauty lover in your life, these would be a great idea! They contain products for almost your whole face and are great decorative pieces for any makeup lover.
