Kat Von D – Studded Kiss

Kat Von D is a brand that I haven’t tried much from. I have two eye palettes from the brand and I really like both, but I haven’t tried anything else. So I was really excited to receive this lipstick from the Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick line in the shade “Lovecraft” from Influenster. The lipsticks are described as “the creamiest, most cushiony and unbelievably pigmented lipstick to ever cross your lips” so I really wanted to see if it lived up to the description! The shade “Lovecraft” is is a pinky mauve color which is just my shade. This was great because when you get things through Influenster or through other PR packages you don’t always know exactly what you’re going to get.

The shade is really beautiful and I’m loving it! The lipstick is indeed creamy and cushiony as advertised. It’s so smooth to apply, you just have to be careful around the lip line because it is so creamy. But once it’s on it doesn’t budge. I love that it doesn’t dry out my lips and feels comfortable on all day.

I’m really enjoying this lipstick and definitely have some other shades in mind to pick up myself!
