White Castle – Impossible Slider

I’ve recently gotten in to veggie burgers. My favorites to make at home so far have been black bean burgers. They are a great weeknight meal because they’re so quick to make and so tasty as well. Not to mention healthy! So when White CastleĀ reached out to me and asked if I’d like to try out their new plant-based burgers I was all for it. White Castle recently launched the Impossible Slider. Impossible Burgers make the patties and since White Castle is known for their sliders it has become the Impossible Slider there. It’s made to look and smell like beef, but is all plant based.

White Castle was also nice enough to send me a whole swag bag to celebrate the launch! They sent so many great goodies like a t-shirt, hat, tote bag, and more.

So I took my gift card and went to White Castle this past Sunday to pick up some lunch.

The Impossible Slider definitely does look like meat. Not exactly the same look, but pretty close! The sliders were really tasty. I could taste mushrooms when I ate it so I think it’s made with mushrooms, but I love mushrooms so it didn’t put me off in the slightest. It was delicious, not dry or bland at all. I’m really happy I tried it and I can add to my non-meat burger list! If you’re interested in trying out the Impossible Slider, they’re available at White Castle now!

Thanks to White Castle for all the goodies and sliders!
