We’re getting close to the time of year where we need to break out our winter jackets for the next few months, but before we get there I wanted to share a lighter weight jacket. Back in the summer I was at J.Crew and saw this navy blue quilted jacket with gold hardware and instantly loved it. I did not love the price tag, however. It wasn’t ridiculously expensive, but it was more than I wanted to spend at the time on a jacket despite loving it. I love navy blue and the quilted jacket looked so nice. The gold zipper and buttons looked so good against the blue too.
But then! I was back at J.Crew over a month later and there was a big sale and I got the jacket for 50% off! So I, of course, snagged it and have no regrets.
Jacket: J.Crew | Tee: J.Crew | Leggings: Nordstrom Rack | Boots: Ugg
For these photos I wore a light green tee underneath with a large sequin snowflake. I love the color combo of green and blue and I thought the snowflake was only appropriate since it had just snowed a few days prior to these photos.
I’m hoping I get to wear this jacket a few more times before I have to fully commit to my winter coat, but we’ll see!
