GrandeLash Lash Enhancing Serum
If I could have one thing every day, in terms of beauty, I’d want nice voluminous lashes. I don’t have sparse lashes, but they’re not voluminous either. They’re also not super short. The main issue is that my lashes are so straight that even with using my eyelash curler daily, my lashes end up still going straight out instead of curled up after a short while. I’m not sure what I’m going to do about getting them to stay up, but for now I’ve started using a lash serum – a first for me – to try to at least make them have more volume. I’m terrible at applying false lashes, plus I don’t have time for that on a regular basis.
There are a handful of well-known lash serums on the market, but when I was at Sephora a few weeks ago I just picked up one that was in stock and had good reviews. I got the GrandeLASH Lash Enhancing Serum.
Here is the description of the product:
“This award-winning lash enhancing serum infused with vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids to promote naturally longer, thicker-looking lashes in just four to six weeks, with full results in three months. It’s a favorite for helping to enhance short or thinning lashes, and it’s also ideal for restoring the appearance of brittle or damaged lashes.”
I’ve been using the serum for a month now and I’ve noticed that my lashes are longer. I can’t tell if they’re fuller, but there is some new growth so I think the varying lengths of my lashes helps to achieve that fuller look.
The serum is really easy to use. Just take the wand out and swipe the product along your lash line – on your actual lid. I do this right before going to bed. The directions say to do it before you go to sleep. I think it helps if your eyes are going to be closed while it dries so that product doesn’t transfer, but that’s just my guess.
So after 4 weeks, as I mentioned above, I feel like my lashes are growing. I’m hoping to see a more noticeable difference in volume soon. You’re supposed to use it every day and then when your lashes get to the desired length and thickness, cut back to every other day.
Sorry for the extreme close-up of my face. When I cropped my photo, that’s how it turned out! Anyway, I hope a little change in my lashes is noticeable! I still have a couple weeks to go until I’m supposed to be able to see the full effects, so we’ll see!
