Fresh – Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash

I’ve been trying a lot of exfoliating products lately, and that’s fine with me because I need to slough off some of this winter dullness! I was excited to receive this new Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash from Fresh to try out. They also sent me their popular Soy Face Cleanser, which I have used before and loved.

Fruit scented things always make me wary because they can oftentimes be way too sweet smelling. I’m happy to say that this Strawberry Exfoliating Face Wash is not too sweet smelling at all. The face wash is a brown-ish color and when you start massaging it on your face it is gritty. A very fine grittiness due to the sugar, not thick like microbeads. What is really cool about this face wash is that as you massage it in, the sugar melts and it becomes very smooth and lathery. It’s also when you know it’s time to rinse off.

I’m loving this face wash! It is gentle enough to use daily, but I use it just 2-3 times a week because I don’t want to over exfoliate with all the other things I’m using.
