Heart Pavé Necklace

I participated in #BlackOutTuesday yesterday on Instagram and only posted on my stories and Twitter with information, resources, news articles etc. I plan to address this on my feed today, but on my Instagram feed I am planning to go back to my normal content photos today. But I want to make clear that just because my photos may be my own and not about current social issues, does not mean that I am not a supporter of the movement and against all forms of racism and police brutality. I feel the best way for me to serve, besides practicing what I preach, signing petitions, donating where I can etc. is to continue to share information, resources, news articles on my Instagram Stories and Twitter. In the past I have very rarely shared current events and political things on my Instagram to keep things light and not alienate anyone. But, I will share what I feel is important to share from now on. My Twitter, on the other hand, has always been a place where I am constantly sharing information, retweeting news, and where I have been very vocal about current events, politics, social injustices, etc.

Today, I am sharing this pretty heart pavé pendant necklace that I got a few weeks ago. I got it for my best friend for her birthday and, of course, got one for myself too! I love how simple it is, but it’s still sparkly and pretty.
